REFUND POLICY

The Blueprint Reveal is the required first step in joining The Reveal Program. This $1,200, two-part service includes:

• Initial 90-minute in-person visit — comprehensive medical evaluation, advanced testing, and body composition analysis.
• 50-minute virtual consultation — a personalized review of your test results and your tailored weight loss strategy.

Significant provider time, preparation, and resources are invested before, during, and between these visits; therefore, the fee is non-refundable from the time of purchase.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your initial visit one time at no charge with at least 48 business hours’ notice.

• Requests with less than 48 business hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of your consult fee.
• Additional reschedules require a new Blueprint Reveal booking and payment.
• Your second visit will be scheduled after your initial visit and is included in your original purchase; it is also non-refundable once booked.

Missed Appointments & Cancellations

Missed appointments or same-day cancellations for either visit are considered a forfeit of that visit. A new booking and payment will be required to reschedule.

Enrollment in The Reveal Program

Following your Blueprint Discovery, you may choose to move forward with The Reveal Program. Program fees are non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed, as your space is reserved and resources are allocated immediately.

By booking your Blueprint Reveal, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Refund Policy
All online courses purchased through Reveal Wellness and Weight Loss are nonrefundable. Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access to course content upon purchase, we cannot offer refunds once a course has been purchased.

Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Refund policies differ based on product type:

Consumable Products (e.g., meal replacements, supplements)

All consumable products are final sale and nonrefundable, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your item is damaged or incorrect upon delivery, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a store credit.

Genetic Tests

(Includes ISSA Genetic Test for Fitness, or GxSlim, GxRenew, GxPerform)

• Before Kit Shipment: A full refund is available if cancellation is requested before the test kit is shipped.
• Damaged or Defective Test Kits: If your kit arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receipt and provide a photo of the issue. Upon verification, we will promptly ship a replacement kit at no additional cost. A return is not required.

Other Tangible Goods (e.g., apparel, accessories, branded merchandise)

• Unopened, unused items may be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee.
• Products must be returned in original packaging and resalable condition.
• Shipping costs are nonrefundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Digital Products

We do not offer refunds due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of digital products.

Refund Processing Timeframe:

All approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of our receipt of the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
